The radiator in my VW Atlas cracked while driving over a large bump between Chinle AZ and Monument Valley. With no mechanics within miles I called Benjamin and he, his wife and child were there within the hour. He towed us back to Chinle to our hotel for the night then in the morning towed us to Gallup NM to the nearest available mechanic where the work was completed. He and his wife were very accommodating, kind and helpful. He even called ahead to the to reserve an appointment with the mechanic and called us the day after to check the status on my car. Rez Auto is great! Today Benjamin Thomas Craig came to tow our van from a place neither AAA nor Mercedes Road Assistance could not. That's already cool. But much more: he fixed the problem on the spot. This kept us mobile and allowed us to continue our trip instead of being towed for 43 hours and spending 3 days (or more) in a motel.

Benjamin is an angel. I was watching the sunrise at the Canyon de Chelly, when it was time to leave I realized that my battery was dead. I was feeling very vulnerable out there and worried that if we didn't get help soon it would be too hot for my dog. I called him early am. He answered and showed up minutes later to diagnose the situation. He showed up 2 hours EARLY and put the battery in, cleaned up the terminals, and sent me on my way. His prices were more than fair. I am very grateful to find such a good human to help me in my time of need!

First of all... a big thank you for Benjamin to tow us from the middle of no where.. we got stuck yesterday and 10 miles out of Many Farms AZ due to a animal hit and our whole radiator coolant got leaked n was able to drive start/stop to nearest gas station where cop/some local helped initially to assess the situation but I was on my way back from Monument Valley to San Antonio and I have no local shops to fix my car and also no rental options available nearby with no one to help us around Chinle, AZ. Benjamin accepted a late night call on the Labor Day weekend and confirmed the pick up of the vehicle in the morning and also agreed to take our whole family along with his cabin to Albuquerque around 230 miles away to a Honda certified repair shop and dropped us safely in a hotel and confirmed everything is okay before he left and he charged nominally and suggested about options to claim it in insurance as well which helped us. Thanks a lot Benjamin & Rez Towing for rescuing us from a remote town to Albuquerque and supported us in a crucial time. I recommend him for anyone who got stuck around this place and need to tow you to safety.
